By accessing or using Decilo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Decilo is operated by Decilo ("we", "us", or "our").
Decilo is an AI-powered English learning platform that delivers personalized lessons through WhatsApp. Our service includes:
To use Decilo, you must provide accurate information including your name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, and profession. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
Subscription: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at €9.99/month (monthly plan) or €59.99/year (annual plan) unless cancelled.
Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Trial Period: If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged.
Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions.
Annual Subscriptions: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your annual payment. After 14 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused months upon request.

All content, features, and functionality of Decilo are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Decilo uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate lessons, feedback, and responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is intended as a learning aid and should not replace professional language instruction when needed.
Our Service operates through WhatsApp. By using Decilo, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
