3-Day Free Trial: Try Vocafy risk-free for 3 days with full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No questions asked.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days after your first payment, we offer a full refund. Simply contact us at support@vocafy.com with your account email.
After the first 7 days, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, you can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, we offer a full refund.
After 14 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused months. For example, if you cancel after 3 months, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 9 months.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card) used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
