At Vocafy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Free Trial

3-Day Free Trial: Try Vocafy risk-free for 3 days with full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No questions asked.

Monthly Subscription (€9.99/month)

First 7 Days

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days after your first payment, we offer a full refund. Simply contact us at support@vocafy.com with your account email.

After 7 Days

After the first 7 days, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, you can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Annual Subscription (€59.99/year)

First 14 Days

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, we offer a full refund.

After 14 Days

After 14 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused months. For example, if you cancel after 3 months, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 9 months.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@vocafy.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (helps us improve!)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card) used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of our refund policy (multiple refund requests)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

Cancellation vs. Refund

Important: Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. A refund terminates your access immediately and returns your payment.
